I am a 24-year old high functioning autistic web and software developer living in Kennesaw, GA. I currently live in a basement apartment attached to my parent’s house. Unlike many autistic people, I drive to work and I live independently. I have the ability to focus when I get obsessed with the right thing. My motto in the computing world is “slower and righter” instead of “faster and more wrong”.
I am a graduate from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. One of the tasks that I am heavily interested in doing in my career is web design and software application development. My hobbies include video editing, camera work, and creative design. I am professionally trained in software development, but I am self-taught in creative design and application.
Some of the reasons I will be a valuable asset to your business include being able to take coherent and concise direction from my supervisor. I am also dependable, reliable, and durable in every task that I do. I am also helpful in reminding other members of the development team what they need to accomplish, and double checking my work to see if there are any errors and inconsistencies. If hired, I will prove to be an invaluable asset to your company and you will find that by hiring me, I think differently, solve problems differently, and tackle the development process differently than most other employees.
